1. How far in advance do I need to order my gown?
The average lead time for our designers is 4-6 months, however several of our designers to provide a rush service if needed and we would be happy to assist you with if you are working under a tighter timeline.
2. What is the payment process?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the remaining 50% is due when the purchase arrives in store. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Amex).
3. What is the average cost of your gowns?
The price range for our gowns/attire is between $1600-$4700. If you have specific pricing needs you wish to discuss with us feel free to contact us! We’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes!
4. I am looking for something less traditional, can you help me?
Absolutely! We would love the opportunity to help any Bride find the perfect outfit for her special day! We offer a varying array of styles that we hope will meet your needs and are always up for the challenge of finding you something perfect even if it takes a little thinking outside of the box.
5. What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
We recommend you bring or wear whatever undergarments you feel most comfortable wearing on your big day. Undergarments suited for the type of dress you are looking for are ideal! We will however have undergarment options available in the store to assist in trying on gowns if needed.
6. Do you offer alteration services?
Yes, we have a wonderful and talented seamstress scheduled in house on a regular basis for all of your alterations needs!
7. Do I need to have my wedding vision established before trying on a dress?
No, we can help with both! Some brides will know exactly what they are looking for when they walk through the door while others may want to try on a number of styles to help them determine the best fit! The process of trying on gowns just might be the catalyst you need to finalize your vision!
8. Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
Whomever you like! Whether it’s family, friends or your future spouse you are welcome to bring anyone you like to your appointment! We do caution against a large crowd however, as it is easier for us to help you craft your dream look with less cooks in the kitchen!
9. How many dresses should I plan to try on?
Standard fitting appointments are scheduled for one hour. During this time you are welcome to try on as many styles as needed to find the perfect one!
10. What should I bring with me to show you what style attire I’m looking for?
Our number one goal is to create a fun and comfortable environment for every bride who comes into the store! You can help us tailor the fitting to your needs by providing us with pictures of you in an outfit or dress you feel most comfortable in, your Pinterest page with dresses you love or simply pictures of attire you have already researched for your big day! The more you can aid us in visualizing your dream the better!
